Hello this home is in a neighborhood located right behind highway 599, 20 min drive to plaza, 40 min to SF ski base, 50 min to Albuquerque.

(2) Full bathrooms. (1) Half restroom.
Two-story house with 3 bedrooms upstair, Kitchen, living room space and outdoor sitting area.
Kids small playground, hammock and grilling area.

Guests will receive a rental agreement upon booking that includes detailed information about our house rules and helpful guidebooks to enhance their stay.
The host is readily available to answer any questions and can be reached via phone calls or text through the host/guest chat.
You will receive a series of text messages with helpful information throughout your stay.
Our house is located in the back end of our street address, the driveway is a tad bit narrow but it is away from the noise of the neighborhood road…our neighbors are aware our property is a rental and will give you no issues.
Access to the entire house.
We have a 2 car parking spots outside, (1) car garage available, living room with electric chimney, TV, Dining table for 6, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and kitchen utensils, a half bathroom downstairs

Individual AC unit on each room and dining room
Water dispenser both down and upstairs with mini fridge
When you pull in to the house street address, drive down and it’s the 3rd house on the left, you will have plenty of space for two vehicles in the concrete area and 3rd with garage.
