Quiet casita 23 miles north of Santa Fe. 1,000 square feet of charm and privacy between two mountain ranges. 10 miles from Los Alamos. A courtyard of your own to relax or BBQ . Great for a family or friends traveling together. Pets are family here.

South facing windows make the living/dining area bright. Private patio is landscaped. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for breakfast . Two bedrooms and shared bath upstairs. Views of the countryside from both rooms.

This is the entire guest house. The main house is on the property, but you have your own gate for entry and exit.

Let us know what you need. We can stock the kitchen with some basics if you wish for cost + 10% for a shopping fee.

Nearest town is Pojoaque. There is a grocery store, hardware store, fast food and liquor store there. There are four casinos near us if gambling is your thing. Los Alamos and Espanola offer more shopping and a movie theater. Santa Fe is about 25-30 minutes away.

There is nearly no public transportation available. Cars are not optional here.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The property was very comfortable and felt like home. They have everything we needed like breakfast items,coffee, and games for our teenagers. I especially enjoyed the little courtyard. It was very peaceful, while I sipped on some wine and read a book. I also felt very safe, because it has a automatic gate and we were secured from any wildlife.
