The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design. A Oaxacan-tiled backsplash and exposed beam accent the full kitchen. The unit is situated in the brand new 215 Washington ‘invisible service’ hotel just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza.



The Space:

This studio is designed with a full kitchen and island, sitting area, king bed and a generously sized, fully tiled bathroom. Guests have access to the unit as well as the lobby, which features a library, sitting area and decorative fireplace. Enjoy people watching and Santa Fe sun from a few outdoor spaces.

The Neighborhood:

When you think of Santa Fe you think of the Santa Fe Plaza and when you think of the Plaza you think of its surrounding boutique shops and markets, the bookstores and coffee shops and the ever present, sweet smell of local bars and restaurants burning pinion pine in their adobe fireplaces; and this unit is in the heart of all of this.



The ‘invisible service’ hotel is surrounded by world class shops, bars and restaurants. The Santa Fe Ski Valley is a short trip up the mountain. We really enjoyed the Avery at 215 Washington! Just perfect for my husband and I to ebb and flow throughout Santa Fe and beyond. Easy day trips to Abiquiu and Taos. Avery was equipped well for our needs. We really loved the hassle-free experience! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

215 Washington was the perfect location for exploring the Plaza and enjoying Indian Market. The Avery was a great size for 2 people, clean, had everything we needed. The other guests were wonderful. A gem hidden in plain sight.

215 Washington Hotel is a standout among a plethora of hotels. Upon entering the property a beautifully designed and cozy library awaits. My suite was the same. The bed was adorned with soft linens and pillows, the kitchen was fully stocked and bathroom was well pointed. Bravo !!
