The gated entry sets the stage for the villa's regal entryway, with its stately gardens and custom woodwork. Walk into the upper level common area where you are immediately greeted with ocean views. The upper wet bar, lounge and dining area make up the grand room. Leading off of this area, you will find access to the ocean view master suite, the office area, theatre room, powder room and garden guest room. Not to be missed is this level's formal dining area where you can enjoy the custom locally crafted furnishings while you take in the surrounding garden and ocean views.

On the lower level, you will find two large ocean-view guest suites. Centered between these suites is the lower lounge and wet bar area and powder room. • 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
