We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable.

Very beautiful hotel, we have traveled most of the world, and I’ll say that this is one of the finest establishments that we’ve stayed at. Multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, tremendous view, great service, wonderful people clean room pretty much everything you’d want in a resort to get away from the workday. We are looking forward to going back again hopefully near the end of this year when it starts to get cold again. Thank you, Office for such a great stay.

The ocean facing room was spacious and spotless with a large outdoor deck, complete with chairs, table and umbrella and basket swing. The staff were all awesome - so helpful and friendly all around. Spectacular spot on the beach, nice pools, location, everything about this place is wonderful. Great rooms with comfy beds, towels and amenities and VIEWS. The food is great, with a nice variety. The staff is friendly, communicate well, and excellent at what they do. The manager Ada made sure to communicate with us. I was impressed! If I stayed there longer than 10 days, I would get bored with the food, but I really enjoy all the restaurants in Huatulco. I don’t usually stay at AllInclusives but I would come back for sure to this one!!
