The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in gas stovetop, range, dishwasher, microwave, and spacious refrigerator. Multiple dining areas, including an indoor breakfast bar, are accompanied by comfortable lounging spaces, inviting relaxation.

When the allure of the Oaxacan sunshine beckons, venture to one of Amanecer's two shared oceanfront pools to mingle with fellow guests and bask in the warm rays of the sun.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD + IVA per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote
