Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property should not be rented to anyone. The photos don’t represent the conditions of the property. The bedrooms had no towels, toilet paper, soap, and everything else including no dish soap. The blankets were all dirty. The main entrance door did not work making it extremely difficult to lucky it from inside and outside. The manager told us we needed to lift it because it was hanging in order for the bolt door to luck. The swimming pool was dirty. The chairs in the pool area were unsafe to seat on because the seats were broken and replaced with pieces of wood. Poor lighting throughout the property. The property looked abandoned. The manager will not answer the phone on the phone listed on the reservation. I wanted to be moved another hotel and my 83 and 85 elderly parents did not want to move to another hotel late at night and for the hustle of waiting to be in bed after a long flight to Huatulco. This unacceptable. I hope at least I can have half of my money back.
