A 500m de la plage, la résidence Les Villas de Melody dispose de deux piscines et d'un terrain de boules.
Confortable et lumineuse, sur deux niveaux, la mini villa de 65m² environ est composée en bas d'un séjour-salle à manger avec télévision, d'une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, d'un wc indépendant et d'une terrasse avec petit jardinet;
A l'étage deux chambres avec placards, lits en 80 pouvant être réunis pour former un couchage double en 160 et une salle de bain avec wc. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.
La mini 'VILLA 29' à Santa-Maria-Poggio est idéalement située pour profiter des immenses plages de sable fin ou de la montagne (chemins de randonnées à proximité) et pour visiter la Corse.
