Summary:

Lazuli Mar is a stylish loft designed to give you an unforgettable beach vacation. Panoramic ocean views fill the space, both on the large terrace and throughout the house. Enjoy outdoor living in the hammock, sunbed, dining area, or our outdoor tub. Inside, a full kitchen, memory foam king bed, a/c, and contemporary decor satisfy the senses. Private beach access and Starlink internet complete the experience. One pet is allowed per room. No exceptions.



The Space:

Other amenities include hot water, private on-site parking, WiFi, ceiling fans, fully stocked kitchen, and Egyptian cotton towels. The outdoor tub has a view you will never forget.



The open floor plan interior and the terrace together measure a spacious 90m2.



The futon can be converted into a queen bed for larger groups. Please let us know if you would like to use it as a bed.



This loft is not handicap accessible. There are stairs between the parking area and the door, and more stairs to get down to the beach.



The Oaxacan coast is home to many animals and insects, including scorpions. While we have screens on the doors to keep them out and do maintain a regular fumigation schedule, we live in close proximity to nature and there is a chance of an encounter.



Guest Access:

Lazuli Mar is the middle unit of three. It encompasses the whole floor, meaning that you will feel like you have the place to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Lazuli is located in Rancho Las Hamacas, on the outskirts of San Agustinillo. We are a short walk or drive away from the main town, meaning the only sounds you will hear are the waves and the birds. We have private beach access to the secluded end of San Agustinillo beach. It is a gorgeous, peaceful place.



Getting Around:

San Agustinillo is a short walk on the beach or street away. Mazunte or Zipolite are easily accessible by public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

We have two neighborhood cats who like to come by and hang out on the terrace. If you enjoy cats, feel free to give them attention but please don't let them inside. If you're not a cat person, let them know that they are not welcome and they shouldn't bother you.

Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and quiet. You can easily walk to the town by the beach, where you will find restaurants and small stores with some basic options for food (better to do grocery shopping before to arrive if you want more choices). They provide an umbrella for the beach. Some mosquitos around sunset when we were there in July, but not a problem during the rest of the day.

Surf Town

The San Augustinillo/Maztune area in general is superior to the mega-resort area of Huatulco. The small beach town vibes are great. Great coffee and smoothies within walking distance of the condo. We typically walked to town via the beach, morning or evening. We found some great restaurants and little grocery stores for most of our needs. The condo was great for our family of 3. It was cleaned daily for the lovely housekeeping staff. Our property manager was always available and provided insight into the area. We would come back :) Jeff, Olli and Vero
