Very hospitable and kind owners. Perfect apartment situated just by the see. Splendid restaurants very near the apartment. We would very much like to come back! All our recomendations!

A dream holiday!

I was really charmed by the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Fullness and calm reign there. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea that I will never forget. The house is well maintained, comfortable and equipped with way to feel good. The beaches of rock and sand are within walking distance in five minutes! The shops are within walking distance. I recommend the beef which is two minutes from the house. The products are delicious and cheap. A great advantage is that you can get to Rome by train in 30 minutes. Thank Emanuela, Costanza and the whole family (the owners of the house) for their helpfulness, kindness and generosity. I hope to return to Santa Marinella soon. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a good holiday.
