This property is simply perfect. The location is awesome, close to everything. The staff is super helpful and friendly specially the owners, Ale in the coffee/bar area was super helpful and friendly. Beatrice was an awesome waitress and all the other waitress and waiters (sorry I forgot the names 😔) were super nice too. The food is delicious and the prices are super affordable. The whole place was clean and cute. The free breakfast had many choices and espressos 👍. This property felt like if you were visiting a family member because it is a young family that owns and runs the place personally. The owners child Lorenzo, is 3 years old. He is super cute and visits his parents at times. We always felt safe and happy during our stay. We will definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to comeback next year. We had an awesome time there, thank you 😊.

Alte Villa mit familiärer Atmosphäre

Wir haben als 3-köpfige Familie im Oktober zwei Nächte in dieser schönen Villa verbracht, die laut Besitzer im Jahr 2004 zum B&B umgebaut wurde. Besonders gut hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Das Hotel wird von einer jungen Familie geführt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man lediglich die Straße überqueren. Wir hatten eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit 1 Schlafraum, einem kleinen Bad und einer Essküche gemietet. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.

We were the only guests in the hotel. The gates to the property were locked when we arrived and it took over half an hour to get in, but when we did the gentleman was lovely and helpful. The view from our room was great and we were glad to have paid the extra for the balcony as the room was fairly small. The room itself was very clean and tidy but did not have the kitchen area pictured in the advert. The town had very little going on other than a harbour to watch. We didn't manage to find anywhere to eat dinner on Sunday night so worth picking some bits up at the supermarket before it closes (we ended up having a dinner of biscuits and crackers..!)

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på detta lagom stora B&B. Frukosten var lite speciellt då det inte var en buffé utan vi fick beställa vad vi ville ha och vi visste inte riktigt vad vi kunde välja mellan. Men det var god frukost när vi väl listat ut vad vi kunde beställa. Nära till stranden, saknade dock möjlighet till parasoll eller rabatt på parasoll på stranden. Rekommenderar detta ställe.

I wish I could give a good review but for us the hotel was not the best experience. - I get amazed over and over again if the hotel staff doesn't know even the basic words in English (breakfast, check-in, passport). You don't have to speak English, just a few words would help a lot. - Because of language problems in the first night they didn't check our passports then and not even in the next the morning, but on a second night when we arrived after a really long day and went straight to the bed they kept ringing and knocking the door all the time. You just don't want to get disturbed with things like that when you're almost sleeping. - They didn't change our towels for a second night and usually it would have been totally okay but in this case our towels were still fully wet in the next evening even though they had been hanging all day. - For us the breakfast was not a breakfast, a cup of coffee and one croissant. No fruits, no eggs, no milk products etc. - Having our own balcony was nice and it was really easy and cheap (4e) connection to Rome by train. Having a private parking area inside the gates was also a big plus to us. We got disappointed mainly because this place is more expensive than many other hotels we were on our trip. The place itself is beautiful and it has a lot of potential to be a really great place but sadly it's not that yet.

Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, come d'altronde mi aspettavo! La posizione dell'hotel risulta ottima e la spiaggia è realmente di fronte. Non vi fate spaventare dal traffico e dal rumore dell'Aurelia........chiudete la finestra, accendete l'aria condizionata e buona notte.....gli infissi sono fantastici!!!
