Casi que me toca dormir en la calle

El hotel ofreció habitaciones e hizo sobre venta de las mismas al llegar al hotel nadie daba razón de la habitación ni del dinero, y me decían q no tenían convenio con la página web en donde reserve, me contacté con soporte al portal web donde realicé la reserva y ellos me reubicaron en otro hotel de mejor categoría son costo adicional!
