By making your reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all guests. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited; it is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of $250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered before arrival. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Likewise, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet will not be grounds for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our management and typical of a developing city. In any case, we will do our best to resolve the issue with the relevant providers as quickly as possible.
