Our apartment is located in a unique building known for its design and architecture. It also offers some of the best amenities in the area, including 24-hour security, an elevator, a backup power generator, a Turkish bath (steam room), and a rooftop terrace with swimming pools and beautiful views of the Santa Marta Marina, the bay, and the Cathedral.

The apartment is located on the third floor. As you enter, you'll find an open-concept layout with a spacious kitchen. A separate door leads to the laundry area, where you'll find a washing machine, utility sink, and drying rack. The kitchen features an American-style breakfast bar with two stools. The living area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, TV stand, and television. The bedroom is separated from the living space by sliding wooden doors and features a queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a desk. The bathroom is spacious and includes hot water.

The building has three swimming pools available for guests. One is located on the first floor (we call it the "shaded pool"), where the water stays cool and the area receives little direct sunlight, surrounded by lush greenery. The rooftop features two additional pools, one on each side of the building, offering stunning views of the sea, the port, the marina, the Santa Marta Cathedral, and the surrounding mountains. The terrace also includes pergolas for shade, sun loungers, restrooms, and a Turkish bath (steam room). If you are traveling with your pet, please note that pets are not allowed in any of these common areas, in accordance with the building's regulations.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
