Hortencia

Absolutely do not book a room at Hotel Betania through hotels.com. They WILL NOT honor your reservation. I had confirmations of reservations and proof of payment and they refused to honor the reservation. They claim that they do not operate on hotels.com. Left me out to dry with no other option than to find somewhere else to stay. This is also on Hotels.com for advertising the hotel, when the hotel claims they do not have ads on Hotels.com.

This hotel is closed. It’s no longer doing busines

This hotel is closed. It’s no longer doing business and they will not honor your booking. I booked the room and when I showed up everything was closed in the neighboring hotel said he was not doing this anymore. He also saw my booking as the owner and would not honor it. Because it was a holiday it took hotels.com three or four hours to get me in a new place and they still have not refunded me for it.
