Its three ensuite bedrooms offer cool and modern decor, a beautiful retreat on a hot day. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances while the primary suite also enjoys significant upgrades including an oversize bathtub, a walk- in shower and double vanities.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

There are exterior cameras on property around the pools for safety and security.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

This condo offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.

This Santa Rosa Beach condo is smoke free.
