This new townhome is in a very family friendly neighborhood - seems most families live there full time (not tourists) We enjoyed the newness of the home that had pretty much everything we needed. We especially loved the golf cart and took it to the beach which approx 15 min away (via golf cart )We personally enjoyed being a bit away from all the crowds of 30a yet it was close enough.Check in was easy and Hosts were very responsive which was great.
