2,060 sf, expansive 2nd floor screened porch, grill deck, no through traffic. Guests have access to TWO community pools and a short, 5-minute stroll to private neighborhood beach. Please note - neighborhood restrictions prohibit golf carts and on-street parking.

Ground Floor: 1 bedroom. 1 bath. Living room. Dining table seats 6. Bar seating for 3. Fully equipped kitchen. Pantry. Laundry room. Covered front porch. Rear grill deck. Enclosed outdoor shower.

Such a wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed at this house during fall break and it was such a wonderful time. This house is on a sweet little street and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. We plan on coming back soon!

This house was perfect for us with our teenage son and two of his friends. It was super convenient, especially with a few rented bikes, and had lots of comfortable space. I especially enjoyed the upstairs screened porch.

House was great. Well kept property in Summer’s Edge. Plenty of room for our family of 5 including 3 older teenagers. Screened-in porch upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, great house in a great neighborhood.

Great house!

This was a great house in lovely neighborhood so close to the beach and pool. Kitchen layout was a little off and hard to maneuver for the 7 of us, also had less utensils, pans, etc than other places we have rented on 30a. Wish the first floor had screened in porch, sitting outside was lovely but the flies were a bit annoying. Overall a great stay! The property management company was outstanding, best we have ever worked with, highly recommend!

Great house for the whole Family

We loved this house and all the rooms to accommodate our family. We never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable. I would say the floor needs a good deep cleaning. We got that house specifically because it was close to the Beach but ended up having to walk far every day anyways because the umbrella beach service takes up all of the beach line. Kind of frustrating but other than that great stay.

Beautiful home

First, I mopped the floors the day we arrived when I immediately realized they had not been. Other than that, the house was nice. I would recommend cable tv for the whole house. The only tv getting local regular channels was in the family room. It’s the first time I’ve been unable to watch tv in bed. Nice TVs were hanging on the wall just had the option of Netflix.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly! The house was huge and has so much potential! The only complaint we have is that it could have been cleaner . We called the property manager to clean a bathroom that we think had been missed and she sent someone right over !!Overall we had an excellent stay.
