Great location

We had a nice stay at this rental in Blue Mountain Beach. The owner provided thoughtful extras like a bottle of champagne, bottled water, beach chairs, toys, and towels, which made our trip more convenient. The home had easy access with a gate code, and we were even able to check in early, which was a great perk. The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed exploring. The host was also very quick with communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.However, there were a few downsides. The pool was too chilly to use in March, which was a bit disappointing. The upstairs area didn’t seem well insulated, so we could hear young children running around as early as 6:30 AM. Additionally, while the home was comfortable, the beds and furnishings could use some updating.Overall, it was a good stay with great beach access, a walkable location, and a responsive host, but a few improvements could make it even better!
