Our large 2 BR / 2BA beach cottage in Cassine Village is in the heart of Seagrove just steps from the emerald coast and public beach access at One Seagrove Place. Our classic Seagrove-style cottage is a short walk from many 30A favorites - like Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's, Perfect Pig, Boggie Boys Pizza, Donut Hut, MiCasita, and Goatfeathers fresh seafood market!! Very easy bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, and Eastern Lake.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Seagrove Beach East. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

I typically don’t leave reviews - however, the pictures of this place don’t do it justice. It was much more spacious, perfectly clean, and well decorated than I had expected. I always over pack and they had so many little things provided that I appreciated from bandaids to spices and plenty of laundry pods and dishwasher pods - even plenty of toilet paper and nice bedding for the pullout bed. They even had pickleball paddles in addition to all the beach chairs and towels. I was very impressed with this stay! The only thing to note is it did require a damage deposit - but I understand that will be refunded within a week. Overall a lovely clean place!

Delightful Beach Cottage

Wonderful property! Spacious, clean, adorable beachy vibe in a great location. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, and even beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The cottage is walking distance to bike rental, restaurant, beach (right across the street), pools and tennis/pickleball courts. The owners are great - respond quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The Perfect Home Away from Home!

Our week at The Lost Shaker of Salt was amazing! Everything about the cottage was designed to make you relax, enjoy your time away from home, and not have to worry about a thing! From the well-equipped kitchen; to the comfortable beds; to the shaded yard with multiple activities for families; to the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, and kids’ toys); to the wonderful patio for morning coffee or late night family UNO games - everything was awesome! I hate to say “best of all” . . . because everything seemed “best”, BUT location, location, location! When it’s advertised “a few minutes walk to the beach” and it REALLY is, you’ve found yourself the perfect home away from home! Thanks Ricky and Tawna! I hope we’ll be back next summer!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

Five stars all around. Great location on a welcoming property. This property was well stocked and included extras such as beach chairs, towels, and toiletries. It, also, included other community amenities like the pool. This was our first visit 30A and the cottage was perfectly located with walking access to the beach (2 blocks, less than 5 minutes) and great restaurants. The cottage was clean, roomy, and extremely well kept. The new owners are local and will help with any recommendations or needs. Highly recommend, and we'll come back soon.
