Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO Guests:

The initial payment made through VRBO includes their service fee along with the required $400 reservation deposit for the condo.

After your booking is received, we will contact you directly to answer additional questions and provide more details regarding the reservation process.

All guests are required to read and sign our rental agreement and condo terms prior to arrival. Our rental agreement outlines important information regarding payments, cancellations, condo rules, and guest policies.

• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• We do not accept third-party bookings

Why are dates blocked on our calendar?

• Dates may already be reserved OR
• We do not book properties more than 1 year in advance from today’s date
