DETAILS: Located in the Camp District of WaterColor, 1267 Western Lake Drive is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with sleeping accommodations for 8. It's professionally decorated to reflect the classic Old Florida style that will make you feel right at home. It also comes with a 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and bikes to make cruising around 30A and to the beach a breeze! The home is conveniently located near Publix and a few of the many parks, playgrounds, and nature trails that WaterColor is known for! In addition, guests of this home will also have full access to the WaterColor Beach Club. Here guests can enjoy multiple restaurants, chair service, and a multi-level pool that allows everyone in your group to have fun!

The home has a recently renovated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, custom wooden cabinetry, and sparkling white countertops. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the dining table, so everyone has room to enjoy a meal together. The living area also has multiple chairs and sofas surrounding the flat-screen TV and access to the screened porch. The porch located in the back of the house has a cozy bed swing and additional seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee outside. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and private bathroom attached with walk in shower.

Perfect beach house!

We loved staying at this home! It was the perfect location. The screened in front and back porch was great for toddlers! We also enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart. It made it so easy to travel around the area! We will be staying here again!

obsessed with his house!

We love Watercolor and this was our first time renting a house there. We all enjoyed the golf cart and bikes! Our sons loved the freedom of jumping on bikes and playing basketball at the camp. The bedding and bathrooms were so crisp and clean it felt very hotel like. Also very comfortable beds! We are officially spoiled and are hoping we can rent this same home again. We just want to stay longer next year. Thank you! Lynne

We love staying at 360 properties! This property was, by far our favorite. Excellent layout, excellent location! Comfortable beds and wonderful porches. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We've been staying in the area for a decade and almost exclusively with 360 for the past 4 years or so. Your customer service is top notch!

September 2021 Stay

Had a fun stay at Watercolor for a long weekend with friends. I had just gotten a purple mattress a couple of weeks before our visit and was worried about the beds because I liked the purple mattress so much. I’m happy to report the bed, mattress, and linens were outstanding! Slept great the 4 nights we were there. Also, the golf cart was such a treat! Our day included numerous trips to the Watercolor town center and also Seaside. It was a real +! We did have a couple of hiccups - couldn’t get on the internet for the first day and a half because the wrong password was given. I work a good bit on the road so that was critical. 360 Blue corrected the problem, however, by getting a technician right over. Couple of other hiccups included - frig didn’t make ice, clothes dryer sounded like it was fixing to blow up, master shower drain was very slow, oven smoked heavily, and tvs were difficult to navigate but those were small things that need taken care of but I still give this spot a solid 4.5
