This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults or a total of 9 guests if traveling with children with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a combination of three twin beds and an additional queen bed in the third bedroom—perfect for large families. Outside, enjoy the shared waterfront space featuring serene bay views, a private dock, a screened-in porch, hammock, fire pit, swing, and a patio with dining furniture and a gas grill (please note: propane not provided). Inside, cozy up by the fireplace (wood not provided), watch a movie with the smart TV, DVD player, and video library, or unwind in the bright sunroom or at the reading nook with books and a desk area. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, including dishware, flatware, a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, breakfast bar, tea kettle, toaster, and CrockPot. Essentials like central heating and A/C, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels (beach towels not provided), a hair dryer, and a starter supply of toiletries are all provided for your convenience. Please note: the treehouse is not available, and landscape services take place every other Saturday. Ample driveway parking is available. Traveling with a larger group? An additional 2-bedroom home accommodating 4-6 guests is located on-site and may be rented separately.
