I stayed here. Trust me! Every condo had a Spectacular 180 degree panoramic view of the beach from the balcony + pool & all usual amenities Reservation included beach chairs and umbrellas. Best bang for buck!

The Benchmark mgmt team is terrible that manages this property. I accidentally booked only 1 night and realized it 5 minutes after booking it. I called to see if it could be extended for two or if I could get a refund. Two days later I received a text from Benchmark saying they would give me a full refund. I then proceeded to book another place for 2 days. A week later after not receiving the refund I called and they said they could only give me a partial refund because they had an internal issue. After going back and forth with them explaining that had I known I would have stayed there the one night and booked another place the second night they still would not budge. Even after supplying the text to them an Expedia. I reluctantly agreed to the partial refund and they trued to give even less than that. I think Expedia made them pay it. I would not stay here. I also did a complaint on BBB and the management company had several other complaints that were unresolved.

Was advertised as a fourth floor ocean view we got a smelly first floor unit! Had to leave and find our own accommodations. What a joke

Stunning ocean view. Right on the beach. Building and pool area a little dated, but great location. Unit has been remodeled. Overall a great stay. Would visit again.

I really enjoy the beach view from the property and the easy access to the beach. Local restaurants and shops One mile away, you can walk or easy access to bike Share. I highly recommend we'll visit again soon.

Amazing!!!

It was amazing, the place was nice, clean and peaceful. We really couldn’t enjoy the beach due to it being able to get near the water due to the wind! It was still so beautiful. I highly recommend

I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!

Nice property. The benches located at the top of the beach access were perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility y issues but loves being close to the waves. The area is really nice but severely underlit. If you venture out after sunset be on the lookout for pedestrians and cyclists.
