ABOUT THE AREA: This area is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Blue Mountain Beach and Gulf Place. The Gulfview Heights community is known for its peacefulness, safe, family atmosphere. There is access to Longleaf Pine nature trails within the neighborhood and quick access to the beach and restaurants of both Gulf Place (Shunk Gulley, Pecan Jacks, Perfect Pig, Papa Surf Burger, Local Catch, Kith & Kin, Pizza by the Sea, Stinky's) and Blue Mountain (Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, BM Creamery/Bakery, Mimmos).
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights Regional public beach is a short drive/ golf cart ride away (.5 miles). There are restrooms, showers and parking (22 car and dedicated golf cart). There is also a life guard on duty during the summer season. Tent, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.
TRAIL ACCESS: The Longleaf Pine Greenway Trail entrance is right around the corner from the house/within the neighborhood. The intitial trail is 2.5 miles to the opening on 83 at Blue Mountain Beach. It is an easy trail that is generally sandy and flat. This trail can be easily navigated by walking/running or with an e-bike with fat tires, but pedal bikes work too. Don't miss exploring!

AGE REQUIREMENT: No reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) people under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must always accompany their children and/or guests under the age of twenty-five (25) and be present at the time of check-in. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no return of any payments made.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with property owners as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license.
