“OUR HAPPY PLACE”
Located in the Beachfront II Condominium Complex in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida
“ONLY 1/2 BLOCK TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES IN THE WORLD!!!”

“ARGUABLY, IN THE MIDDLE OF IT ALL"
Our condo is located on the south or on the ocean side of the scenic Highway 30A with Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach just to our west and Watersound, Alys and Rosemary Beach just to our east. This area is most commonly referred to as "The Beaches of South Walton"
There's almost 20 miles of bike paths along scenic 30A & the adjoining communities
The address at 145 Beachfront Trail is a quaint and secluded Dead End Cove just 150 yards or 1/2 block from the beautiful sugar white sands and the emerald blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This one bedroom loft condo is a corner unit located on the top 4th floor and Has always been Considered the best gulf view in the Beachfront II Condominium Complex.
We have also just completed a total renovation in February 2024
The Moment you come through the front door you will see and feel the beauty of a professionally decorated and refurbished condominium with new vinyl plank flooring and Levelor blinds throughout. The walls and ceilings have also been re-textured and painted.
Walking into the kitchen and living area you will feel the openness of what a loft unit with 30 foot high ceilings is all about, while also Noticing all the brand new furniture and fixtures that compliment our condo.
There is a full size sofa/sleeper with a queen size memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress and matching over-size chair and ottoman. The living area has a 42" LCD Flatscreen TV (with DVD Player) that sits above a beautiful handcrafted TV cabinet. We've also furnished a CD, MP3, FM stereo system with blue tooth so you can listen to your favorite music. In addition to expanded cable TV channels that include music channels, there's are also board games and playing cards for those lazy nights at the beach, and of course we have free WI-FI.
We also furnish complementary Netflix for guest as well
The dining table and chairs are located in the alcove area just below the stairway to the bedroom loft.
The kitchen is open to the living area and is separated by a granite counter top with 4 bar stools and has plenty of room for meals and entertaining. All the kitchen appliances are new and stainless steel and includes a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a convection oven/stove, & a microwave, as well as a full size dishwasher. The kitchen back splash is also accented with beautiful glass subway tile and the cabinets are stocked with all the necessities needed to create a gourmet meal.
The upstairs bedroom loft overlooks the living area below and is furnished with 2 queen beds and is one of only a couple of loft units in our complex that has a built-in wardrobe cabinet with 5 drawers and a hanging clothes closet as well as a 32" LCD Flat Screen TV.
There's additional closet and storage space located downstairs for a unit that will sleep six guests.
With this being an end unit, it is the only loft with three western facing windows (one in the upstairs loft and two downstairs off the living area) in which you can see the sunset and listen to the waves crash on the surf as you sleep.
A full-size bathroom is located downstairs and features a new granite top Extended vanity with a glass shower door and tub combination as well as new plumbing fixtures throughout the entire condo.
There are two full-size sliding glass doors that lead to the wrap-around balcony. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor table and 4 chairs as well as 2 bar height and 2 short adirondack balcony chairs where you can enjoy the view of the gulf as well as a rare coastal dune lake to the east.
We also furnish you with 2 beach chairs & a sun umbrella for your excursions to the beautiful white sand beaches of south walton
The balcony overlooks the very well maintained and landscaped grounds of Beachfront II Condominiums which includes a full-size fenced in swimming pool with adjoining covered Tiki hut pavilion. There are two built-in charcoal grills with several picnic table areas on the grounds for the outdoor cook in the family. There are restrooms located downstairs and a laundry room which is furnished with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The complex also has a covered parking area located under the building.
Beachfront II condominiums is a dog friendly complex and so is our condo with the payment of a pet fee, & we do provide a dog walking station & area.
Our condo location is truly unique in that we are bordered by the wooded and undeveloped 1700 acre Deer Lake State Park which is bordered to the north by scenic Highway 30A and goes all the way south to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
From the 2 minute walk to the beach from our condo, you can walk east for over a mile on
the most beautiful, secluded beach with nothing but wildlife, sand dunes, and "Old Florida" scenery like nowhere else between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida.
Deer Lake is a very rare Sand Dune lake, set in the most picturesque scenery, in addition to being a wildlife sanctuary
