You will find local charm in the surrounding community, but our home provides modern, comfortable elegance. This home features 2 separate levels perfect for 2 families that want to stay together but still have privacy. Covered outdoor staircase leads from 1st level to 2nd. Ground floor features large eat in kitchen, den, laundry, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and cozy bunk room with twin XL bunks, and outdoor courtyard. 2nd level with vaulted white washed ceiling in Family Room, Kitchen with huge bar for dining, primary bedroom with queen size bed, bath with dual sinks, two shower heads. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin XL beds and gorgeous bath with shower. Huge driveway in the front and parking in the rear. You can't beat this location!

Great Little House in a Great Location

This house was perfect for my husband, son and myself. The king bed was comfortable and the bunk room for my son was his favorite (he is five and loved hanging out in there by himself). The owner was also great to deal with when we needed to change our trip dates by one day. The location to the Eastern Lake Beach access can't be beat! Def would stay here again.

2nd Stay for our Family

This was our family’s second time staying in this perfect duplex. This duplex, which you do not even realize is a duplex do to the great lay out of the property, is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. My kids love the bunk beds! The house has been very clean and comfortable both times we have stayed. The distance to the beach could not be any better, especially with little kids and all their beach stuff! The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals in. I really cannot say enough good about this property. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond if needed. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Space For Small Family

This was our 2nd stay at this property & it’s just perfect for a families with 1 or 2 kids if you would also like to have a full kitchen, washer dryer, easy walk to the beach etc. Our 12yo loves to skim board in the dune lake and made lots of new friends. It’s so nice to have the ocean right there, but also have the dune lake access! Especially this trip because the ocean was rough with red flags every day. It was a great trip & love the home! We will definitely go back again

Great property for our family

The property has a great location near the quieter end of Seagrove and very close to the Eastern Lake beach access. For renters that will be on the go and not planning to spend a lot of time inside, the smaller size of this rental will be just fine. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The interior is up-to-date and very clean. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Getaway

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were perfect for our little group. The home was very clean and nicely updated. We loved the short walk to the beach access and the beach was very quiet compared to other access points. We had to wade through a shallow lake area which deterred some people from entering the beach at that access point, but we loved it! It was very relaxing

We had a great week here! The property is very clean and well organized. The interior space is very well used and it is very convenient to be able to park so close to the entrance for loading and unloading. Right across from beach access at we love the Eastern Lake access, having both the lake and beach is perfect for young kids.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for the week to cook and relax. Great proximity to the beach! The homeowner is super friendly and so helpful. We would love to stay in this house again in the fall and next summer!

Fantastic place!

We stayed here for a quick getaway and couldn’t have been happier. The place was spotless, the sofa was cozy, the master bed was comfortable, and the beach was literally around the corner. There is a bunk room off of the kitchen, but since we were kidless we didn’t use it. We would absolutely choose this spot again.

We loved our stay! Literally steps to the boardwalk and an easy drive to Seaside if that’s your thing - it’s definitely ours! The house is picture perfect, comfortable to prepare meals and very restful after you watch the sun set. We’d love to come back this week 😀!
