On arrival, you’re greeted by a spacious outdoor common area featuring ample seating and gulf views! Step inside to the first level, and to the left is a modern, coastal, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances and a dining area with bistro seating for two. Off the kitchen and before the king primary bedroom is the marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

A large king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, and blackout curtains throughout. The true gem of the king primary is the large private open-air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This is the perfect evening escape for cocktails al fresco under a starlit sky or the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee!

Make your way up the staircase to locate a bonus, spacious living space, featuring a large slipcover sofa (queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests), additional seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as plenty of windows to bring the stunning outdoors in. This area of the penthouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in the beautiful Seaside, Florida.
