OVERVIEW:
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in One Seagrove Place directly on County Hwy 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach. The views of white sandy beaches and emerald green waters will relax and recharge your soul. Beach access is right outside your back door. Two parking spaces are provided on site for both cars and bikes. Restaurants and shopping are steps away. Your views of the Gulf are unencumbered with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the living area and primary bedroom. You can greet the morning on your balcony and enjoy our spectacular sunsets every evening.

SPACE:
This unit is an end unit allowing you the peace and quiet that so few enjoy. When you enter the unit you will meet with a well-appointed full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops opening into the living area. The living area contains a dining set, a sleeper sofa, three side chairs, and TV's throughout. WiFi is free.

Such a beautiful condominium. Extremely well stocked with coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. The view was absolute perfection from the comfortable balcony. Ten out of ten would recommend.

The condo was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, convenient to the gorgeous beach. The view was awesome. The management was responsive when construction work infringed on our otherwise quiet stay. We would love to stay here again.

Honest helpful review!

Tub/shower with glass wall was hard to turn the showers on and off reaching around the glass to try to get to it. Door to outside balcony was very hard to open and close. No hand soaps in the bathroom to wash your hands. The room instructions need updated. There is no longer use for the wristbands and the location for the garbage is not by the road it goes in a trash shoot. The cleaning lady sat outside our room for 45minutes waiting for us to leave which we left the room at 9:55am. 4 beach chairs would have been nice to have. Location and view of the beach were wonderful and other than a few things mentioned above that drove us crazy we truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable

Condo has nice furniture, especially the balcony as we relaxed out there in the evenings. Everything from utensils to sheets were good quality. My granddaughter was bummed there was no T.V. in the second bedroom. Otherwise everything was great.
