Just enough room to kick back and relax from a day at the beach. Walk around hallway w/ private bath and separate kitchenette. Refrigerator, hotplate, microwave. Studio is close enough to walk to the beach and lake area. Coffe shops and restaurants.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave extra key on kitchen table. Wash dishes and put back in place. Empty refrig. Leave only clean unused food. Turn lights and air-conditioner off. Make sure hotplate is UNPLUGGED.
Throw towels in washer. Turn on quick cycle use on Liquid detergent provided ONLY. Put beach chairs, umbrellas, cushions inside deck storage box. Cover beach wagon.
Take garbage out. Put in my bins marked 180 with smily face. Never put any garbage in neighbor bins across from my driveway or marked 157.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
