Steps away from one of the prettiest beaches in the world. Tons of amazing dining, shopping and adventures await - only a bike ride away off the beautiful 30-A!

The sound of the surf is accompanied most often by a gentle gulf breeze and warmth of the sun and always by breathtaking views from the main level deck and the large bedroom balcony.

Pristine sugar white sand and blue green water beacons for beach walks, wading, swimming, fishing, and more. This 'peace' of paradise is located on a tucked away beach, yet it is less than five minutes from Seaside and/or Rosemary and Grayton Beaches with fabulous restaurants, nightlife, and all the activity you could desire. But try to be back at Beachfront for the spectacular sunsets which confirm you've actually found paradise.

Further Details: Wake up to a clear view of the gulf from the king-size bed in the large bedroom and/or step out onto large bedroom balcony to check out the day's temperature and beach breeze. A second bedroom has a full bed plus a bunkbed with a trundle. Each bedroom has its own full bath plus a generous supply of bed linens and towels.

Full-size washer and dryer, covered parking, barbecue grill with picnic table, bike trails, nearby nature preserve/state park, and a freshwater lake adjoining the rear of the property are but a few of the amenities available at this wonderful vacation town home.

Picture perfect location

This was our 4th year coming to the area and it was by far the best location and place to stay for our family! Location location location!!! From start to finish this place had everything we need. Clean upon walk in, early check in, detailed check in and check out process. We loved this place so much that we will be booking again for next year.

Great place! Great host!

Spring break - just mom and daughters. Perfect location right between Rosemary and Seaside so not too crowded but close enough to both to have the best of both worlds. Being so close to the beach was really great. Host was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would recommend and return!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this rental. We LOVE it. The host is friendly and always answers quickly if we need her and it’s right across the street from the beach. Comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for better.

Fantastic family trip!

We spent a wonderful week at Wende's gulfside condo on Seagrove Beach. She was a fantastic host and was exceptionally responsive to our questions. The property was spacious, updated, and proximity to the beach was ideal. Had a great time and hope to be back next year!

Great Rental

This place is the best. The size of the property is perfect for a family of four. The view is spectacular and the closeness to the beach is ideal. Communication from the owner is excellent. We've rented 2 times and will continue to stay here time after time.

Great condo and oceanfront views

This well-equipped unit with pleasing decor was just right for our family beach week. We enjoy preparing our meals, and this kitchen had everything we needed. Sunrise, sunset and ocean views from the deck were stunning. Owner was responsive to any questions I had and I would certainly rent again if we return to this area.

Family Stay

We came with our teenage daughters to the property for spring break and the property was perfect for our needs. We have been coming to 30A for 18 years and we love to stay in Seagrove. The condo is super close to the beach and the view was spectacular! The location was excellent in that the girls could easily bike to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach to meet up with friends but we prefer to stay somewhere that is not crowded. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the deck is a perfect place to have morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunset. It was a lovely week and I would definetly stay at this property again.

Rest & Relaxation

If you want to relax at the beach and rejuvenate, this is the place for you! The townhome was exactly as described and just a few steps from the ocean. Early morning coffee, dinner, or sipping wine came with an amazing view whether sitting at the dining table or outside on the deck. The sound of the waves anytime of the day was very relaxing, and there was little noise to distract one from lying out on the deck while reading, chatting with the family, or just catching some rays. The hostess was very quick to respond with any questions, and I will be planning on staying here again.
