This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with a NEW 6 seater golf cart, four adult bicycles as well as option to rent more bikes at a discounted rate directly with your booking! The home is walking distance to 2 beach accesses along 30A. The first, Fort Panic Regional Access is 0.7 miles away, while the larger Dune Allen Regional Access is only 0.9 miles away. Both are great options and provide parking as well. Home Layout: First Floor: KitchenLiving/Dining Master Bedroom- King Size Bed and ensuite bathroom Guest Bedroom- Full size bed Nook with Barn Door closure- Queen sleeper sofa *Guest bedroom and Nook share a Guest bathroom* Second Floor: Bonus Space- 2 twin Size beds Master Bedroom- King Size bed with ensuite bathroom Things To Know: Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles.
