Our Newly Designed, Charming and Chic Coastal Home is located South of 30A in the quiet, quaint and gated community of Summer's Edge (no busy streets to cross to get to the beach). Whole home renovation was completed October 2021.******JUST COMPLETED FEBRUARY 2024 PRIMARY BATHROOM REMODEL, NEW FREESTANDING TUB, NEW CABINET WITH QUARTZ COUNTERTOP AND NEW SHOWER,****** Our three bedroom, two bath home offers a spacious and open floor plan, custom chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, separate pantry, new faucets throughout the whole home, new quartz countertops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 overlooking the spacious dining area with seating for 6. Living room has decor and furnishings right out of the Serena & Lily catalog. Newly installed white oak LVP flooring, custom built-in bunkbeds, outdoor shower, along with a spacious front porch,that has a cozy and beachy porch swing adorned with Serena & Lily pillows for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Primary bedroom is an upstairs private retreat with a full size closet, has its own private balcony for a nice relaxing getaway. Primary ensuite bathroom has a full size free standing tub with separate tiled shower. Primary bedroom also includes a coffee cart with a Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for coffee in bed or sitting in the oversized rattan chairs on the private balcony right off the primary suite watching the Sun come up.

The 2 additional bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has custom built-in bunk beds with a full size closet. The second bedroom has Bahamian inspired decor with a queen size bed and full size closet. All bedrooms have ROKU Smart TV's.

Additionally, downstairs there is a laundry room with a new full size front load LG stackable washer and dryer.

There is a small storage shed with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach wagon for your use.

There is also a side porch and paver patio for sitting outside grilling on the PK charcoal grill . Summer's Edge amenities include two pools, one heated, and a deeded beach and beach access for the community. Summer's Edge backs up to the 30A bike path for easy access to Seaside Beach Seagrove Beach, The Big Chill, restaurants, and activities all along 30A. 30A is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the World.

We had a great time at Serenity 2.0 for the second time. We enjoyed spending a few nights with our son before dropping him off at U Miami. The house was perfect! Very clean, everything we needed, a home away from home! We loved it!

From the front steps to every step inside the cottage, we were in love. It was perfect for our family of 7. (my husband, 2 older daughters and my 3 grands (12 year old girl and 9 year old twin girls). The 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach was peaceful. The beach was pristine. Plus, the drive to every place we went was easy! Everyone was courteous! We could not have chosen a better place for our family beach trip! Thank you so much for sharing your quaint, beautiful beach cottage!!!!

Seagrove Sunshine

We had a wonderful time; the home is well-appointed. The location was perfect for us. The beach walk is not far and in a deeded area- the hostess provides the beach essentials. We rented an extra umbrella for more shade, which was easy to do on the beach. The pool area was clean and quiet. Enjoyed coffee at Turbo daily and lunch at The Casita across the gated area. Publix is a good store to pick up sandwiches and enjoy on the beach. Seaside is a seven-minute drive, offering many food options with an amphitheater for children to enjoy. Go to Rosemary for the best fudge at Kilwins. Thank you, Shasta, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Home!!

This home is definitely deserving of all the amazing reviews. Very clean, beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed and more in the well-stocked kitchen. Beach was an easy walk. It was very helpful having the beach wagon in their storage to haul all our things to the beach. Everything is very well taken care of. We will definitely be staying at this house again!

Wonderful piece of paradise!

This is our second stay at Serenity 2.0, and it certainly does not disappoint! We truly feel it is a home away from home and love the quiet neighborhood it’s located in. The pools are great and well maintained, the beach is a short walk. The home is so clean and well cared for. It’s always hard to leave on that last day! We love this rental!

Lovely and Serene

We had the best time staying at Serenity Now, the location was perfect for our family. We traveled with an infant and toddler, and there was plenty of room for us! The walk to the beach and pool was convenient and doable for our two year old to walk the whole time. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the location was close to stores and restaurants as well. We will be staying again for sure!

Perfect Location and Gorgeous Home!

Not a far walk at all for our kids to the beach and private pool! Loved how close we were to the bike path and restaurants! Everything was easily in walking distance! We did rent bikes so we could explore more! But overall the home is very serene! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! So clean and very accommodating!

Amazing stay!

My friends and I (8 of us total) stayed here for a girls trip in August. The house was incredible. So clean, beds were SO comfortable. We used the beach chairs and wagon every single day..such a great perk! HIGHLY recommend staying here. Hope to be back next year!!

Beautiful home!

Serenity Now 2.0 was even more beautiful in person than the photos online. My entire family enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable there. We were celebrating my youngest sons 16th birthday and he had a wonderful experience.

A lovely vacation home!

Shasta and Greg’s place is truly a home away from home! It is exactly as the listing states, and so well appointed. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, decor, and comfort. The home is so clean and so inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy quick access to the pools, and beach, and we enjoyed being able to walk right across the road for shops and ice cream! The owners were easy and great with communication and all instructions were clearly stated. We are already excited to come back next year! Thank you for a great stay!

Much needed vaca!

We loved our stay! The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the chairs + umbrella were the icing on the cake for us. It was nice to not have to bring all these things along for our 10 hour drive. The house was stocked with all the basics and then some. I can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the house and the experience their guests have and it shows. My husband, baby, In-laws and I had a great trip. Our only small “complaint” was the master bedroom transom windows were not covered and this ended up in us up every morning at 5 when the sun leaked through. We would 100% stay here again if they were covered, since we love our sleep haha! Other than that, we give this home and our stay an A+!!

Wonderful home, close to it all

This was our second Spring Break at this location and the home is lovely. Extremely clean, with all the amenities. Great for kids too - with a short walk to the pool and private beach. Be sure to reserve chairs on busy days for the best spots. The location also lends itself to a more quiet atmosphere with less foot and bike traffic, great for the younger kids. We’ll be back again.

Awesome Home!

My family consisted of my fiancee and four 15-year old boys. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for the boys. The property is tastefully decorated, clean, and modern. It had every amenity you would need for the beach. The owner requested that we keep the thermostat at 70, so it was a little warm for us upstairs. Other than that, it was the perfect location with perfect accommodations. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This property was everything advertised and more! Our first stay on 30A, the home was in a central location to be able to explore many of the quaint towns while also tucked away with easy access to the beach. There was a small issue with check-in but the owners are exceptional people and managed everything they could to ensure we were taken care of. I typically don’t love staying in vrbos because it’s always a toss up with how it will feel (cleanliness) and smell. This is the cleanest one I’ve stayed in by a long shot and it smelled great! You’ll have to stay yourself to find out, but a big selling point for me! There was plenty of space to hang out and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared several meals for our family at the house. Felt very homey! We will be coming back for sure!
