The property and all that came with it was nothing less of impressive. The owners left no expense spared. The layout was great for our group of 8, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms felt luxurious! We would definitely stay here again!

This one has it all!

This is perhaps one of the best rentals in Santa Rosa! It is conveniently located close to the beach, shopping and grocery stores, yet has a secluded feel off the beaten path. The owner was eager to please and made sure we had an exceptional stay. It feels like an “home” not just a rental. Everything is clean and top notch from mattresses to cookware. The elevator makes it easy to transport luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Balconies on every floor!

Can’t wait to return!! :)

My family and I loved our stay!! The house was amazing!! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting on the balconies and enjoying the nice breeze from the ocean! The house was very clean and tidy. The location is great, very close to Grayton Beach State Park and restaurants/shops. The hosts, Emily & Mark, were super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend and would stay there again anytime!! Thanks Emily and Mark!

Porch on the 3rd floor was my favorite

The house is in a location that is hard to find parking. This is why I choose this location. The shuttle was close to walk to. Bikes are nice to go to the Grayton beach and Seaside or Santa Rosa Beach at 393. This 60 plus Yaya rode by bike to all 3 places. All 3 porches made the house even bigger. Perfect for a family or a girlfriend getaway. The elevator was perfect for the luggage. Mark was a quick responsive host as we had an issue with the elevator. It was quickly resolved and operator error. Kitchen had all we needed. Beds were comfortable. AC ran great. Fans on the 3rd floor deck was my favorite hangout. Furniture was comfortable throughout the house. We will be back.
