Sitting just off scenic 30A, you’re just a short walk or bike ride to the San Juan Beach Access. Minutes away, you’ll find dining and shopping in the popular Seaside community.

Inside, the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on separate floors of the home with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior staircase connecting the floors. This setup works well for two couples, or a family with grandparents, or older kids who want to stay together while retaining some privacy.

When arriving at the home, a pathway on the left will lead you to the exterior door for the ground-level bedroom. This guest room, queen, has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.

On the right side of the driveway, a gate leads to a tropical oasis. Lounge and dine around your private pool (optional heat)! Enjoy the completely enclosed outdoor shower.

The exterior staircase leads to the home's main floor. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The living area has lots of comfy seating, as well as a daybed and sleeper sofa.

French doors between the living and dining areas open to a screened-in porch.
Nearby is a primary bedroom, king, and en suite bath, with a large tub/shower combo. A bonus feature is an available garage, a space perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, and sandy toys.

We enjoyed this cute little property, complete with a golf cart & bikes which made it even better! We do wish the kitchen had more pots & pans as we found ourselves needing more than provided when cooking dinner. There were also no trash bags and a few other household items missing that we needed which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall it was a great property and stay.

Anniversary trip in Seagrove

Loved the property! It was perfect for us! The private pool is so nice to get some sun and cool off in the water when summer showers pop up and/or the ocean is closed (double red flags) as was the case for majority of our trip. The golf cart is a very nice amenity which borderlines on a necessity in these lovely beach towns; also made it so much easier to get to and from the beach. The bed was so comfortable but all of the natural light led to early wake up calls, but we didn’t mind. I would absolutely stay here again!

Location was perfect

Our first time going down to 30A. The area was a perfect location. The public beach was right across the street from us. Ride a bike or take the golf cart, everything was convenient. The house was adorable. and just the right size for us all. The kids had a blast.

Adorable & comfortable house!

We do enjoyed our stay at Casa Verde. This house truly makes you feel at home...very thoughtful touches, well equipped, beautifully decorated (think tiny, cozy, farmhouse, spa/retreat feel). Master bed very comfortable. We did not use the downstairs space. Pool area so quaint, clean, and private. Location is exceptional. Walkable to beach access and short drive or bike ride to Seaside. We would definitely stay here again.

Good beach vacay!

Great location. Not far from the beach. House was quaint. Just needs some touch ups. Downstairs room was a bit tight and hot. Bugs, especially downstairs, were an issue-they were definitely getting access from outside. Pool was refreshing but small.

Flattering Pics

Flattering pics make this home look like it has a really nice pool. While good advertising, the pool is a wading pool about twice the size of a hot tub. Furnishings are very cheap and flimsy. Tiny daughter sat on futon and it collapsed. No working hot water on first night after a property manager reset. Oversee was outstanding to work with, however, I would not recommend the home. We were relocated for the rest of our stay after midnight on the first night. Mgmt company went above and beyond to make it right. This two bedroom house is also not two bedrooms connected through the home. The second bedroom is through a separate entrance in the basement, so if you want your kids nearly or they are younger this isn’t for you. Ants also all over the exterior of the home, though not inside. Thank you.
