Welcome to 15 S Ryan, your perfect 30A getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept first floor boasts a large living area, a queen bedroom with a full bath, and easy access to the laundry and outdoor shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, plus two additional rooms—a bunk room with full-size bunks and a cozy queen bedroom—sharing a full bath. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby attractions, this home offers the perfect base for your beach retreat.

Guests have access to free parking at the home, 2 community pools, a deeded beach access, along with the entire home and outdoor area.

1. Home Appearance
Bikes and bike trailers must be property stored in racks or otherwise secured on the property not in sight overnight. We prefer you leave them in the back of the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies, according to Summer’s Edge HOA standards.
2. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
4. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am per Summer’s Edge Neighborhood Rules.
5. Trash
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
6. Access
The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Seagrove Beach East. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
