All I can say is, this hotel is exceptional. It’s easy to get to in Santa Rosa Beach, right on 30 a. It’s only two years old, so everything is still pretty much pristine, and the hotel was outfitted with high-end materials and is staffed with high-end people. It’s in a retail development that includes retail stores, restaurants, a coffee shop - those type things. There’s plenty of parking, which is free. Our king room had a kitchenette, including a full sized frig w/top freezer, large microwave, dishwasher - yes, a dishwasher!- toaster, k-cup coffeemaker, dish ware and cutlery. I mean, it’s a hotel room, but it’s almost like a studio apartment!!! Awesome! Also, a walk-in shower and premium shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The only somewhat negative thing I could say is that the walk-in shower floor is quite slippery. I mentioned to the front desk, and she said that housekeeping has some non-slip shower mats. Problem solved. Go here before the word is out and the price skyrockets!!! I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional the employees are. I checked in one day and the next day I came back out and spoke to the front desk supervisor again and she said oh you’re in room 224 right yes nice to see Mrs. Lansing. She remembered my name my room number everything. I cannot recommend the hotel anymore highly.

The Lodge on 30A was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and affordable. We wish the pool and beach club access was earlier than 9 AM, because kids are up early and want to play. But other than that, amazing!

This was the best hotel experience that my husband and I have ever had! The hotel was perfect, location, amenities, shopping, restaurants but most of all the staff was outstanding. Evelyn, Emily, and Vita were absolutely rockstars! They went out of their way daily to asset us in every way possible. We ended up extending our trip because we didn’t want to leave this paradise. We will be moving to Sea Grove because we loved it that much and will definitely be back to stay at Lodge 30A. Bravo!!

Unauthorized charge on my credit card $600 which they stated was a mistake-charged me for my stay again when already paid in full. Never apologized. TV kept going in & out like bad WiFi. Asked cleaning lady for wash cloth and she said would leave some but when I returned I had none. Staff was not friendly
