This expansive retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests – 6 in the main house and an additional 2 in the detached carriage house. A 5-minute walk to the beach, this home offers the perfect blend of proximity to the gulf and amazing amenities of Grove by the Sea!

We loved this property! My mom and dad stayed in the carriage house and me and my family with my son’s two friends stayed on the main property. Plenty of room for everyone! It’s located across from the beach and we love the neighborhood!

Family getaway

This was a great house, great location, very clean. We stayed with my 2 adult children and their boyfriends. Loved having the extra space for the carriage house. We rented a golf cart and it was a nice little ride to Seaside. We couldn't park the golf cart at the beach access so we would haul our stuff in the golf cart then one person would take it back to the house and come back to the beach on one of the bikes that were provided. It worked out just fine. The beach is great! It wasn't very busy at all. We also rented beach chairs and would do that again as well. I would recommend this property.

Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The pool is very close and the beach a short walk away. We loved the neighborhood and it was in a great location. The house was clean and so comfortable for our group of 7 adults plus baby. There were a few things that we had questions about/ needed assistance with, but they were responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
