The first floor of this stunning, craftsman-style, two-story beauty provides a feast for the eyes, with exposed beams, crystal chandeliers, and a breathtaking open concept of neutral colors. The kitchen is a foodie’s dream, with luxurious marble countertops and glistening stainless steel appliances, including a natural gas stove. The butler’s pantry has a wine cooler and additional counter space for various entertainment options. There’s even a second, full-size refrigerator just inside the mudroom with cubbies for additional storage. Seating options include a cozy breakfast nook, bar-top stools, and a formal dining area. Also, alfresco options are available on the back porch, including a natural gas grill.

The living space has two charming window seats, perfect for curling up with a book or observing coastal nature. Enjoy the large, flat-screen TV while relaxing on one of the couches or chairs that provide plenty of room for all to unwind. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use.

Also on the first floor is a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There’s a luxurious walk-in shower and double vanities; plus, all the home’s bathrooms have exquisite tile features.

The second floor provides a retreat all its own with three king bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has balcony access to enjoy the natural landscaping that surrounds the property. This house is so cute! We had 8 adults & 3 kids (ages 1-3) and it fit us all perfect. The rooms were all spacious and very clean. The house was very nice and updated. Having a screened-in porch was perfect since there were a lot of love bugs & flys. The pool was very clean and a great size, we especially liked the shallow Sun-shelf where the little kids could play. Having the golf cart and bikes was so convenient for getting to the beach and to the seaside downtown. Would book this house again!
