Perfect location and great accommodations!

The house is in the perfect location! Super close to the beach and Seaside. Could not have asked for a better location. All of the bedrooms had their own baths. The few minor issues we had were fixed super quick! There are a lot of stairs so if you have people with mobility issues, that might be something to consider. There was an elevator that could be used if needed.

Perfect location for a group trip!

We celebrated 8th grade graduation with seven 14 year olds and 7 moms. The place was perfect. The kids had a blast biking around Seaside and the moms could use the golf cart for errands. Beach access is right across the street. The pool is partially shaded which is clutch for sunburned kiddos. The fourth floor patio has a Sonos system and was used as a post-sun hangout. The property manager was very communicative and kind. Overall a 5-star experience!
