Apartamento nuevo y moderno, ubicado en un segundo piso del edificio Tulipanes 2, en zona turística del eje cafetero en Santa Rosa de Cabal a 10 minutos en carro de los Termales de Santa Rosa de Cabal, se encuentra totalmente amoblado y tiene varias dependencias servicio de wifi, tecnología para que usted se sienta como en casa. La cocina esta totalmente dotada de implementos necesarios para su uso, la cafetera tiene capacidad para 12 tazas de café y es programable, la nevera tiene un congelador pequeño para almacenar alimentos perecederos, el sitio cuenta con zona de lavado que la conforma su lavadero, tendedero y lavadora , hay linea telefónica fina de la cual se pueden pedir domicilios si no deseas salir, hay un equipo pequeño para escuchar música con tecnología, al igual que los televisores, los cuartos son muy confortables, con colchones descansadores, el cuarto principal tiene capacidad para dos personas y baño privado, los otros dos comparten el otro baño y allí se ubican otros dos huespedes cada uno en su cuarto privado, las camas totalmente equipadas con sabanas, sobresabanas, almohadas, cubrelechos y cobijas. Existe en el lugar un ambiente de relajación y frescura para lograr descansar de una forma total.

El acceso al sector es bueno, existe buen servicio de transporte de taxis y transporte publico, las viviendas son aledañas de construcciones irregulares, con almacenes y supermercados muy cerca del sitio, el cual queda en carro a cinco minutos del centro de la ciudad donde se encuentran restaurantes de diferentes gustos, cafeterías, almacenes, tiendas turísticas y de variedades, droguerías, zonas de descanso y deportivas.
Existen varias iglesias católicas en el pueblo para las personas que sean creyentes y desean asistirlas,
la gente es muy amable y colaboradora, el pueblo es un pueblo tranquilo donde hay demasiado turismo y vienen personas de todos los rincones del mundo.
