Welcome to our guest cottage. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located behind gates on a private estate with vineyard and farm animal views from an elevated deck. This private cottage offers amazing sunrises in a comfortable space for 1 to 2 people

This Legal Guest Cottage is located in the backyard of a private estate on acreage. Guests will have access to the guest cottage elevated wood deck attached to the guest cottage. Guests do not have access to the main residence yard or amenities.

Access to the cottage requires guests to drive thru the main residence backyard on a concrete driveway. The driveway has path lighting. The cottage is a separate building from the main residence and can be seen from the main residence.

Guests will have access to the cottage, attached deck and laundry access inside the garage. Guests will be required to park outside, not in the garage.

We live on the property with 2 French bulldogs. We may see each other in the yard or driveway occasionally.
