Sometimes the che k in clerk should listen...

Check in was less than desirable. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied and the people were in it. Suprised and shocked that customer and i walk back to the office together and the apologies happened. Then, we were told that the hotel was completely full. Since we had done a pre paid booking, I asked her to check the other room that was on the otherside. She was stil under the illusion that the it was already spoken for. Anyway, back and forth we went and finally she did what i told her to do and low and behold, that was the correct room and after that, things went fine.

We stayed in room 106, it was pretty close to the lobby and there are parking spots right in front of the rooms. They have a pool and jacuzzi. They allowed us to check out late (noon) there is a dennys just about a block away and Starbucks is right across the street. We only stayed a night but we will return!

It’s a lovely property with beautiful gardens, like a little oasis off the highway. Close to shopping centers, and everything you could need. Staff were helpful, as we needed to check in early due to medical travel. The only issue was the bathroom light let turning itself on in the night and waking us up.
