Dear client, Thank you for your opinon about our hotel . We deeply regret that you was not satisfied. If you have some problems with the room are our services please do not hesistate to come to the reception and we can solved your problems inmediately. We don´t have coffee maker in the rooms that is also not mentioned at the website. We don´t have that service. We are very sory if the hotel was not what you expected.
