The apartment of 45m2 is located in the beautiful town of Santa Susanna in front of the beach and shops 15km from Lloret de Mar, 34km from the Airport of Girona and 60km from Barcelona. It is on the 7th floor with an elevator and spectacular views of the mediterranean sea from the terrace. The bedroom has a king size double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. It has a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped designer kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, public parking nearby and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment mit toller Aussicht. Sehr zentral gelegen, ein paar Meter und man ist an der Fußgängerstrasse wo man sehr schön shoppen kann. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Begrüßung war war nett und unkompliziert, Ana, die die Wohnungsübergabe machte, konnte sogar sehr gut deutsch. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Balkon und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko ist die desaströse Parkplatzsituation in der Hauptsaison. Wer Ausflüge mit dem Auto plant, sollte bei der Buchung unbedingt auf einen garantierten Parkplatz achten.
