Ideal for relaxed and comfortable stays in a quiet, well-established neighbourhood.

The multi-level layout over two floors balances shared living spaces with privacy, making the home well suited to families and groups travelling together. Please note that stairs are required throughout the property, and the home is not wheelchair accessible.

High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, suitable for remote work, streaming and multiple devices at the same time. Heating during cooler months is provided via air-conditioning units with heating function, as well as radiators.



🛋 Living areas

The main living area combines the lounge and dining space, forming the natural heart of the home. It offers a comfortable setting for shared meals, relaxed days indoors and unhurried evenings together.

From the dining area, there is direct access to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, which often becomes a favourite gathering spot.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and opens onto a separate terrace, particularly pleasant for breakfast and morning coffee outdoors.

During the shoulder seasons (spring and autumn), the pool is typically used with a transparent enclosure that helps reduce wind and extend comfortable swim days. Guests planning frequent pool use outside peak summer are welcome to contact us in advance.

🛒 A supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
🍽 Most restaurants and cafés are located along the seafront and can be reached on foot in around 40 minutes one way; the return walk includes an uphill section. A car is recommended for comfort and flexibility.
