Casa Grazieddha is located in one of the oldest streets of Santa Teresa, the load-bearing walls are in local stone with ancient mud mix, the plaster is lime.

Composition: Living room / bedroom, small kitchenette and bathroom.

Completely renovated, it is very suggestive, worldly, intimate and comfortable. It retains all the charm of the old houses which have a wooden beamed roof, a steep granite staircase and a small balcony.

You live at 20 meters. from Piazza San Vittorio, in the middle of bars, restaurants, shows and of course a few min. walk from the Rena Bianca beach. Suitable for all those who want to be among people, to feel their moods and even their noises (pleasant!).

To live even when it is not summer, to practice outdoor sports, to experience the calm of the country, its countryside, festivals, the beautiful sea, the coasts free for kilometers from human presence.
