One bedroom apartment (4 people) - Residence I Mirti Bianchi

The apartment is located in the renowned centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, inside the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, in a quiet location just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach (entrance by reservation) and the centre of town.

The one-bedroom apartment (4 people) consists of: living room with kitchenette with induction hob, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower; it is equipped with all comforts: TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (partial use), balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs.

Inside the residence there is an elevator for easy access to the apartments and an indoor garage. Also available to all guests are: washing machine and dryer for common use, terrace with relax area, fitness corner, swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds.

For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.

Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified in advance to the property, per KEY BOX code release for the key collection. In case of no communication, reception is not guaranteed and an additional charge of € 50.00 may be required. For arrivals after 20:00, we require a phone number of the client.

Your stay includes: use of the pool, private parking outside or in our indoor garage, Wi-Fi (limited use), communal washer and dryer, use of bicycles(deposit € 50.00 per bike), fitness corner, electricity, water, and gas consumption, and the first supply of bed and bath linens.

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory fees:

DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura (the amount may vary depending on the time of year), in cash.

Pets are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. It is allowed one pet per apartment (max 25 kg) and there is an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 for their stay.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00
for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center, a terrace, and a garden. This apartment also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
