Spanning 140 square meters, this villa is laid out over two distinct levels, connected by an external pathway. This design ensures maximum privacy and independence, with two separate, autonomous entrances.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a living room that fully embodies the charm of the Gallurese style. Here, the beautiful terracotta floors, wrought-iron accents, and evocative exposed wooden beams create a warm and authentic atmosphere. This space features a comfortable relaxation area and a large dining table, perfect for shared moments of conviviality. The adjacent kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped to meet every need and offers maximum functionality.

The sleeping area is designed for comfort and tranquility. The main body of the villa has two cozy double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, combining practicality with comfort. Meanwhile, the separate annex includes a room with two single beds and a triple room, also with their own en-suite bathrooms.

The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning in every room, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days.
