The living room features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances: oven, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and tableware. The ground floor also houses three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, and three bathrooms with showers.
An external staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, while on the upper floor is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.
The property also includes a laundry room and parking.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with a private pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The garden is also equipped with a table and chairs, creating a shared space for outdoor lunches and dinners
The pool can also be heated upon request adding an additional fee, ask the host for information, the heating option recommended especially for the months of April, May and October.
